Changing or Cancelling an Order
In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If you would like to add Products to your order, you will need to place a new order for these items.
If you need to change details of your delivery address or remove Products from your order please email us at customerservice@cuckooland.com.
If you would like to cancel your order, and your products have not left the warehouse, we will do our utmost to help, please email us at customerservice@cuckooland.com.
In both cases please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
Cancelling Orders Before Delivery
You can cancel your order at any point after placing your order but if the items have already been dispatched a cancellation charge will be applicable. Please refer to the charges table below:

If the Products you ordered have already been collected from our warehouse and they have been delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure for Unwanted Products. Click here to view our returns procedure.
Please note that personalised, engraved or made to order products cannot be returned unless faulty, and we also cannot accept returns of perishable products (food, chocolates etc.).
