Product Availability
Cuckooland prides itself on always keeping stock of items advertised and going above and beyond to deliver your wow product to your door with the speed and agility of a homing pigeon. However some items may be shipped direct from our supplier or may only be available while stocks last; we may also decide to change or discontinue products at any time and at our sole discretion and due to these facts we cannot guarantee that every product will always be available. If the product you have ordered cannot be supplied to you, you will be notified and the choice is yours to either purchase another product or cancel your order and have your credit card refunded.
Products shipped direct from our supplier will be clearly marked on our product pages. If you purchase a product that is shipped direct from our supplier together with an item we carry in stock we will notify you at checkout and via email correspondence.
*For prompt deliveries or if you think you may not be at home- using a work address rather than a home address is a great idea.*
For reasons such as those stated above and including but not restricted to problems that you will probably never experience such as product recalls and fraudulent activity; Cuckooland may decide to cancel any sale at any time. In such cases the choice is yours to purchase another product or cancel your order and be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights or our relationship.
