1. Do the Kids’ Bedside Tables come fully assembled?

Not usually. A 100% constructed table may suffer damage in transit (and will be far more expensive to ship). Instead, we flat-pack the bedside table and drawer, providing a set of instructions and fixtures for securing the pieces together.

2. What are the benefits of Wood vs. Metal Bedside Tables?

When it comes to bedroom furniture, metal tables are more durable, less prone to staining, and require very little upkeep over the years to remain at their best. Wood, on the other hand, needs varnish and maintenance oil. However, both can last for decades if you treat them well. Similarly to bed frames, wooden bedside tables have a warmer, more traditional appearance that can fit with certain themes to a greater degree than metal. It all depends on the look you are trying to achieve.

3. Do your Tables require much aftercare?

A weekly dusting will be enough to keep a metal bedside table looking as good as new. For wooden designs, use a cleaning solution mixed with warm water a few times a year. Wipe down the table and dry it immediately afterwards with a micro-fibre cloth. Some oils increase its protective qualities, so shop around for a good polish. When dusting, go against the grain to help the wood retain its texture. These are just recommendations, many folk just leave them to ‘mature’ naturally.
