- We recommend if the fireplace is used in small rooms and the burner is set to maximum adjustment, that the door(s) or a window should be opened to allow for air circulation and guard against indoor air pollution
- Do not use appliance in a room used for sleeping a shower room or bathroom
- Do not pour the bio fuel on the top surface of the Burner. Please ensure that the fuel only enters the Burner Chamber and does not spill down the sides of the Burner
- Periodic cleaning of the Burner is advised to ensure it remains clean and free of spilt fuel
- Bio Ethanol is a renewable fuel, that produces a real flame but no smoke and requires no chimney - making it a great option for modern homes or areas that have smoke controlled zones. Other benefits include minimal maintenance, super quick and easy installation and it’s not dependent on either a gas or electric source to operate so it's better for the environment! Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.
