Boot Rack in Splash Fish Design
Our boot racks are handmade to order and available in numerous
different designs, from your favourite pet, hobby or farmyard. These
fantastic Boot and Wellie Racks are so incredibly useful and
unique. Made from powder coated metal, they simply attach to the wall
with 4 screws and can hold up to 3 or 4 pairs of wellington boots upside
down, thereby keeping order in your boot room or tack room. These Boot
Storage Racks can also be mounted to an outside wall. Your boots are
kept upside down so will stay dry whilst the mud gets washed off by the
rain! No more muddy floors or abandoned dirty boots in the doorway. A
fantastic gift for all the family & friends.
Each boot rack is hand made to order therefore please allow 10 working
days for delivery (in very busy periods, this may increase to 21 working
days).

Delivery and Returns
COVID-19 Delivery & Returns Update:
Deliveries are being checked in, processed and sent out as normal so currently all orders are being delivered on time or within a window period of just a few days.
Following updated advice from the Secretary of State for Business, some room of choice deliveries can be made with the customers permission. Due to currect circumstances, some deliveries will be contactless and delivered to your doorstep only - the goods will be left at your front door and no-one will enter your premises. As usual our delivery companies will still book this delivery in with you.
Returns: We have now introduced a temporary exception to our usual returns policy during these unprecedented times. Goods received by our customers after the 23rd of March 2020 now have an extended returns rule applied to them. You may return goods* to us within 14 days after the UK Government lifts the Nationwide COVID-19 lockdown.

- Our couriers and furniture delivery teams deliver between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday - Friday. If you would prefer a weekend delivery or if you would like to specify morning or afternoon this can be arranged for an extra charge.

Dispatch vs Delivery
On each product detail page, you will see a ‘dispatch time’: e.g. '2-3 weeks'. ‘Dispatch time’ is the time it takes for our suppliers to send the item to our UK warehouse or the time it takes our warehouse to send the item on to our delivery partners for final delivery. Please note that this is not the date it arrives at your door. Below you will find more information on the delivery process and how long after dispatch you should expect your delivery.
For Zone C and Zone D postcodes (Including Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands & Remote Areas, Channel Islands and Ireland), delivery could take up to 14 working days from the ‘dispatch date’. Please refer to our Delivery Costs and Services here.
Deliveries from our Warehouse
Once we receive the items at our warehouse (transit time from Europe is 5-7 days), you will be contacted by one of our team to confirm a convenient delivery date before any delivery attempt is made.
Deliveries from our Partners
Our delivery partners receive items from us daily. Rest assured, as soon as they receive your items they will send them on to you.
Please allow 5-7 working days from the ‘dispatch date’ displayed for Mainland UK: i.e. if '2-3 weeks' is displayed on our site, you will need to allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch and up to 7 days after these 3 weeks for final delivery to your door.
Delivery Timescales
Deliveries occur during weekdays between 8am and 8pm. We do use carriers that offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery option – feel free to select this option (where applicable) when our team contacts you to arrange your delivery.
Please Note: We do charge extra for weekend deliveries or pre 10am or post 6pm deliveries. The charge for this service is £30.00 (if this service is available in your area).
