Made in Nottinghamshire, UK, with antique style hinges its look is more than inviting and you'd better be careful that Goldilocks doesn't come knocking! Made from tongue and groove panels with an apex roof covered in sand felt, it's even great for hiding in the odd shower! It comes in plain timber that is base coat treated so you can personalise it anyway you want with a suitable timber paint - the only limit is your imagination! The windows are styrene glazed for safety and the interior cabin is planed to the max to prevent its little guests from getting splinters. Decorate with bunting and fairy lights creating a happy hide and seek hideaway. Summer or sleet, your kiddies will be sound asleep dreaming of tomorrows adventures in their cubby playhouse!

- Please be advised that you will need to prepare a base for your summer house, ensuring that your base is sound and level!
- There will be some construction required when you receive your summer house, instructions are provided to help you along the way
- Alternatively, if you'd rather not build your own garden summer house, then please select installation from the optional extras menu, a team will assemble it for you on delivery
- The installation includes the erection of the building and the felt roof - it does not include any roof shingle or treatment of the building
- The treatment used on our summer houses is only for protection during storage and delivery and so we strongly advise that you treat your new summer house with a protective preservative before construction

Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.
