The clever design of 6 timber arcs with wide tinted windows, gives a full panoramic view and offers a seating area of 2.4m diameter which will comfortably accommodate 7 guests. What a statement this will make in your garden, a place to retreat to at the end of the day to soak up some evening sun - a unique garden room to share fun and laughter with friends well into the evening, thanks to the integral lighting inside the pod. As the seasons change and temperatures cool, a front canopy is provided to completely cocoon you inside, all snugly and warm. The minimalist reflective stainless steel cover over the roof, reduces the heat in the high summer sun and ensures the garden pod remains a comfortable temperature even on the hottest of days. The interior flooring comes as standard with Greyfriar vinyl which is designed to blend with the outer panels and wooden arcs, you are free to chose your seating cover colours from a selection of 5 colours. There is also the option to upgrade so that can transform this into a daybed. Installation:
An area of 250cm diameter is required for the seater to rotate freely. A hard standing base of no less than 137cm² is required to build your sphere upon. The Rotating Seater Garden Pod should be installed onto an area of flat level ground, either decking, concrete or paving would be perfect!
Ground Preparation:
If you are preparing a new concrete or paving area for your rotating seater, we recommend you allow 7 days for the ground to settle prior to the arrival of the fitting team.
Follow up after your order:
Once you have placed your order with us, we will call you to book in your installation date and manage all aspects of the delivery and installation. You will be able to make any personal modifications to your order, including fabric and interior colours and any upgrades that are available for your chosen product. You can rest assured that we will deliver exceptional service throughout the entire process. Our team will arrive on the morning of your confirmed installation date and will build your pod on site. Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 3pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 3pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
We offer a 14-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

What are the full dimensions of this product?

When will an out-of-stock item be back in stock?
Out-of-stock items can often still be pre-ordered, using the estimated lead time shown on the product page. Restock dates are approximate and can change. Once stock arrives, pre-orders are dispatched straight away for delivery the next working day.
What does the colour look like in real life / is it closer to X or Y?

Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
