All Weather Cushions:
These cushions can handle a shower or two, so there's no need to worry when the British summer arrives! Thanks to the special foam, the water quickly flows through the cushions, while the Dacron material ensures that they retain their plump shape. Made from 100% weather resistant textile, they are guaranteed UV resistant and fungus-free - they are also environmentally friendly as they can be recycled. It is not recommended that the cushions are left out for a prolonged period of time and it is advised to store them inside when they are not in use. To clean and maintain the cushion covers, please follow the guidelines below:
- Wash in a washing machine or by hand at 30ºC
- Tumble drying permitted
- Do not chemically clean
- Ironing permitted
Care and Maintenance:
- To clean, simply wipe down or hose lightly using fresh water
- It is recommended to wash your furniture on at least a yearly basis
- Do not clean using any type of abrasive agent or scouring pad
- It is advised to cover your garden furniture during the winter months
Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our Royal Mail returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.
