Installation:

An area of 345cm x 345cm is required to mount the Grande Deluxe onto. A hard standing base of no less than 255cm2 is required to build your Grande Deluxe onto. Your pod can be installed onto a level paved, concrete or decked area.

Ground Preparation:

If you are preparing a new concrete or paving area for your Grande Deluxe, we recommend you allow 7 days for the ground to settle prior to the arrival of the fitting team.

Follow up after your order:

Once you have placed your order with us, we will call you to book in your installation date and manage all aspects of the delivery and installation. You will be able to make any personal modifications to your order, including fabric and interior colours and any upgrades that are available for your chosen product. You can rest assured that we will deliver exceptional service throughout the entire process. Our team will arrive on the morning of your confirmed installation date and will build your pod on site. Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services.

Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)

Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)

Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 3pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 3pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns

We offer a 14-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

What are the full dimensions of this product?

Full dimensions are on the product page, in the specifications and the dimension diagram; all measurements are approximate. If the measurement you need isn't listed, contact us and we'll check with the manufacturer.

When will an out-of-stock item be back in stock?

Out-of-stock items can often still be pre-ordered, using the estimated lead time shown on the product page. Restock dates are approximate and can change. Once stock arrives, pre-orders are dispatched straight away for delivery the next working day.

What does the colour look like in real life / is it closer to X or Y?

Colours can look slightly different in photos because of lighting and screen settings. Where available, order a free fabric sample from the product page to see the colour in person.

Is this item in stock and available for quick delivery?

The product page shows current availability: in-stock items show next working day delivery, and out-of-stock items show an estimated pre-order lead time. Our website works on a first-come, first-served basis, so stock can't be reserved until you place an order.

Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
