Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot and pre-call from the delivery crew when they are en route.
Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our Royal Mail returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

Starting out with a single crib, Ryan and Sophie Demenge created Oeuf NYC with the vision to provide modern families and parents with high-quality furniture designs that are sustainably sourced and responsibly created without sparing on style! Both bringing creativity and an eye for minimalist design, the husband and wife team began honing their aesthetic for R+D Designs, a home goods company known for their ingenious creations. After their first child in 2002, the couple turned their talents to children’s furniture. From simple beginnings the company now produce several lines of stylish nursery and children’s furniture. Inspired by their two children they continue to bring kid-friendly furniture and decor that will blend seamlessly into modern, everyday living – from convertible cot beds to adjustable desks, we can’t wait to see what they create next! Their family values reinforce their commitment to ethical business practices – leading to the company motto, “Be Good.” All of Oeuf’s furniture is made of sustainable, premium materials and is ethically produced in the small European country of Latvia. Forests are abundant, fast-growing, and cover over 70% of Latvia, which has a proud tradition of woodworking. Each product has been finished with non-toxic, water-based paints, and packaged with recycled materials.
