Good to know:

- We recommend cleaning your smoker with 50/50 hot water and apple cider vinegar, apply mixture then clean with a soft sponge
- Only use outdoors where it is well ventilated
- Before each use check all nuts, screws and bolts to make sure they are tight and secure
- Allow smoker to completely cool before moving or storing away
- Store smoker indoors when not in use and during winter months
- Your Masterbuilt smoker should be positioned on a hard, stable and level surface

Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services.

Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot and pre-call from the delivery crew when they are en route.
Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
