Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Friends and tech-heads, Ryan Pamplin and John Zheng, met over a decade ago and at the time were achieving their success in their own careers, but kept in regular contact. Fast forward a few years and after Ryan suffered a traumatic brain injury with severe post-concussive syndrome, to ensure his recovery his health became his number one priority and he started cooking and making nutrient-rich smoothies with his partner Kathryn! After Ryan's accident he wanted to create a product that would help others fuel their bodies and live long and happier lives, so he contacted John and the two put their heads together to create the first Blendjet in 2017! A portable blender that could help others get the same nutrient-rich diet that helped with Ryan's recovery! Their mission and drive is to empower people and encourage mindful living and give them the tools to feel good and change their lives for the better. It's not just a blender, it's a movement to make healthy happen anywhere!
