1. Cuckooland

Ok, we know it might not be modest – but our absolute favourite kid’s bed brand has to be our own, Cuckooland. We’ve spent months designing and sourcing our new range of kid’s beds, and we’re super proud of the results.

We wanted to create a range of fun, affordable beds that appeal to parents and children. That’s why most of our beds have handy features, such as built-in furniture or storage, alongside fun elements.

The Olivia Mid Sleeper Bed has hidden storage in the steps and a play area underneath, whilst the space-saving Harry High Rise Bed has room for more than playing – there’s a desk, wardrobe, shelving, and noticeboard packed under the bed!

2. Thuka

Thuka is a Danish brand specialising in simple, innovative beds that adapt to the user’s needs. Their eco-credentials are pretty great too, as their beds are made from responsibly-sourced Scandinavian pine.

The Nordic Kids House Bed can be customised to suit your style, with options to change the colour and design of the head and footboards. It comes with drawers and a trundle bed, so your little one has space for storage and their friends to sleep over!

Another standout product is the HIT 9 High Sleeper, which boasts a desk, storage and sofa bed underneath, again making it perfect for sleepovers.

3. Trasman

Trasman kid’s beds are modern, slick and functional. Based in Barcelona, Trasman has 30 years of experience creating and manufacturing high-quality kid’s beds that are as practical as they are stylish.

Kids will love Trasman’s gaming pod beds, which offer the perfect gaming set-up. The Podbed Gaming High Sleeper comes complete with a comfy sofa bed, built-in desk and LED lighting, all contained within a darkened pod so the screen stands out.

Is your little one not into gaming? Then check out the Barca Bunk Bed for an equally cool kid’s bed packed with storage and perfect for sharing and sleepovers.

4. Parisot

Parisot was founded in France in 1936, meaning they have over 80 years of experience creating furniture. These days, they specialise in affordable designs made primarily from particle board – but that doesn’t mean they compromise on quality.

Both the Parisot Higher Bed and Tom Junior High Sleeper are perfect for smaller bedrooms and can eliminate the need to buy other furniture, making them even better value.

5. Kids Avenue

Kids Avenue beds are designed in the UK and manufactured in Europe. They are here to put the ‘fun’ into functional kids’ beds!

The Midi Playhouse Bed is a youngster’s dream, with an incredible treehouse cabin up top and plenty of space underneath to hold all their toys and treasures! The pull-out desk is a great place for them to do their homework or create works of art.

Older children will be dazzled by the built-in LED strip lighting of the Urban Grey PC Gaming High Sleeper 5, which is remote-controlled and colour-changing. It’s the perfect set-up for gamers!

6. Vox

Polish interiors brand Vox are masters of modular, multifunctional furniture – and their kid’s beds are no exception. Styled in white and acacia wood finishes, Vox’s kid’s beds are nothing short of Scandinavian delights.

The 4 You Single 4 Poster has two adjustable height levels to take your little one from toddler to teen. The four-poster style is sure to make them feel like royalty, and there’s an optional trundle drawer for when they want their trusted advisors to stay over.

Stige features a similarly sleek, Nordic style. It comes with the trundle drawer as standard and has optional ladder frames that attach to the ends for hanging storage and décor. This makes for a truly unique and functional design.

7. Lifetime

Eco-conscious Lifetime has to be one of the best kids’ bed brands we stock. Their convertible beds are built to last and will last your child for many years. All their furniture is made from FSC-certified wood with eco-friendly water-based lacquer, and the electricity used in their Denmark-based factories and offices comes from wind power.

None of that makes their beds any less exciting and appealing to kids, either. For example, the Beach House Single Bed provides a sand-tastic base for a seaside-themed escape, while the Adventure Hangout Bunk Bed boasts a fully enclosed top cabin with opening windows – in other words, the perfect den!

Another Danish brand (the Danes certainly know how to do kid’s beds!), Oliver Furniture specialise in traditional Scandinavian style with a modern edge.

Most of their beds can be converted, either into larger beds or from singles to a bunk beds or a mid-sleeper, meaning that their kid’s furniture offers longevity.
