Questions & Answers (8)
Answers from the Cuckooland team.
What size mattress do I need?
It takes a standard single mattress (190 cm x 90 cm) with a recommended depth of between 12 and 16 cm. The mattress isn't included, so you'll need to add one separately.
What's the difference between Nadia Montessori bed and a standard toddler bed?
Standard toddler beds sit higher off the floor and typically come with guard rails. The Nadia sits much closer to the ground, so there's no need for rails and children aged 4 and over can get in and out independently with ease.
What age is the Flair Nadia suitable for?
The Nadia Montessori floor bed is recommended for children aged 4 and over. The low-to-floor design makes it a great choice for children making the move from a cot to their first proper bed.
Can the opening on the Flair Nadia Montessori Floor Bed be flipped to the other side?
No, the bed (including the front side rail) can only be assembled in the configuration shown in the product photos.
How thick are side panels?
The side panels are approximately 1.8 cm thick.
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
