Description
Maxitex has created the ultimate mattress to cradle your child whilst they sleep. Children often sleep in peculiar positions, so it is important you get the right mattress so they are well-rested and ready for what life brings.
Pocket-sprung mattresses enable greater support and comfort. The separate pocket springs allow for more movement in the night, as each individual spring is encased in its own fabric pocket. Maxitex has then topped the Mattress with a generous layer of comforting, body-hugging memory foam.
This mattress comes vacuum sealed and rolled up, making the installation process much easier.
At a depth of 16cm, it is perfect for bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers. This means they are less likely to tipple out of bed.
Available in: Single, Small Double, Double, Single Continental, Small Double Continental and Shorty Size.
Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services.
Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 3pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 3pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
We offer a 14-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

How firm is the Maxitex Deluxe Pocket Sprung Mattress?
It has a medium firmness.
Will it fit a high sleeper?
At 16cm deep it suits most high sleepers, mid sleepers and bunk beds - please check your bed's maximum mattress depth.
Is the mattress rolled/vacuum-packed and how long until it expands?
Vacuum-packed mattresses can look smaller than the stated dimensions while compressed. Once removed from the packaging, give the mattress enough time to expand fully before measuring it.
Can I return a mattress?
Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Unopened mattresses in their original packaging follow our normal returns procedure.
Do you take away my old furniture?
No. Removal and disposal of unwanted furniture or mattresses isn't included, so please arrange this yourself. We recommend waiting until your new order has arrived.
What are the full dimensions of this product?
Full dimensions are on the product page, in the specifications and the dimension diagram; all measurements are approximate. If the measurement you need isn't listed, contact us and we'll check with the manufacturer.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
