Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services.
Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 3pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 3pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
We offer a 14-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

Is the Flair Charlie Pull Out Desk compatible with the Charlie bed?
Yes, the Flair Charlie Pull Out Desk is designed to work with the Flair Charlie range and fits neatly under the Flair Charlie mid sleeper. We recommend checking your bed model before ordering to make sure it is part of the compatible Charlie range.
What makes this a pull out desk?
The desk is designed to slide in and out of the underbed space when needed. Its wheels make it easier to pull out for homework, reading or drawing, then tuck away again to save floor space.
Is the chair included with the desk?
The chair is not included with the Flair Charlie Pull Out Desk. You will need to choose a suitable chair separately.
Can this desk be used on its own?
Yes, the Flair Charlie Pull Out Desk can be used on its own as a compact children’s desk. It is also designed to fit neatly with the Flair Charlie range, making it a flexible option for homework, reading, drawing and bedroom storage.
Can I get the assembly instructions?
Assembly instructions are included in the box. If you've lost them or need a copy, contact us with the product name or order number and we can email them to you.
What are the full dimensions of this product?
Full dimensions are on the product page, in the specifications and the dimension diagram; all measurements are approximate. If the measurement you need isn't listed, contact us and we'll check with the manufacturer.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
