Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services. 

Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)

Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)

Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. In-stock items ordered by 9pm for our own brands (Flair, Noomi, Maxitex, Solace+Co and Recoil), or by 3pm for other brands, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. If you order after the cut-off on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns

We offer a 14-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

Yes, you can lean back in the Calora and raise your feet using its reclining footrest. Shaped cushions and softly padded arms complete the seating, giving you somewhere cushioned to rest. When choosing its spot, consider the room needed for movement as well as where the chair sits upright.

What are the colour choices for this armchair?

You can choose Steel Grey or Silver Grey for the Calora. Whichever colour you select, the chair has fabric upholstery, shaped back cushions and cushioned arms. Make sure the colour name on your selection is the one you intended before completing your order.

The Calora pairs that covering with contoured back padding and soft armrests for settling in with a book or the television.
