Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services.
Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns

Boasting 3 generations of knowledge and expertise, Sika Design create timeless handcrafted rattan furniture for contemporary and traditional homes. First emerging in 1942, Ankjær Andreasen produced the first batch of baskets, lamps, flower tables and other small interior pieces from rush and willow. Later expanding production to include their first series of rattan furniture, Sika Design was firmly established. While sourcing rattan from the Far East, the skill of local wicker makers encouraged Andreasen to establish a factory in Malaysia where he later made the decision to start manufacturing their striking designs in Indonesia. Continuing in Ankjær's footsteps, Knud and Louise Andreasen strive to develop and preserve the aesthetic and quality Sika proudly promote. With decades of experience behind them, at every stage of development and production, Sika design ensure each piece of furniture looks and feels exceptional. From sofa benches to hanging nest chairs, their sculptural pieces evoke a feeling of luxury while remaining comfortable and useable.
