Questions & Answers (8)
Answers from the Cuckooland team.
What weight does this bed take
If it is a double or King-size, this bed would be average-sized adults weighing approx. 80kg each
Hi does this bed have central support legs also?
The Time Living City Block Bed Frame doesn't have center legs.
Is there any extra support down the centre of the bed as there are no central legs?
This bed does not come with a center support leg
Does this bed have metal mesh base or is it wooden slats?
This bed uses sprung wooden slats. Sprung slats are made from flexible wood and are slightly curved. They tend to reduce strain on your mattress, which can improve the overall lifespan of it. The design enables the slats to respond to your body weight and relieve pressure points.
Whats the ground clearence for the bed? from frame to floor?
The underbed clearance is approximately 23cm.
What size mattress do I need for this bed, and is it a standard UK size?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (e.g. Single 90 x 190 cm, Small Double 120 x 190 cm), but some take continental sizes (e.g. 90 x 200 cm), so please check before ordering. Mattresses offered in a bed's mattress dropdown are suitable for that bed.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
