We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. If you order after the cut-off on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.
