We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. In-stock items ordered by 9pm for our own brands (Flair, Noomi, Maxitex, Solace+Co and Recoil), or by 3pm for other brands, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. If you order after the cut-off on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

What size mattress does the Lilly bed take?
The Noomi Lilly takes a standard UK single mattress measuring 90 x 190cm. The mattress is not included and is sold separately. For the guard rails to work as intended, choose a mattress no deeper than 15cm, the maximum depth recommended for this bed. Our single foam and pocket sprung mattresses at 10cm to 15cm deep are a good match.
What is the bed made from?
The frame, rails and feet are made from pinewood. The white version has a painted finish, while the natural version has a clear lacquered finish that lets the grain of the pine show through. Both colours share the same design, with spindle rails around the frame, an open side entry and angled wooden feet.
How low is the bed to the floor?
The base of the bed sits 17cm from the floor. That low height is what makes it a Montessori-style bed, as young children can climb in and out by themselves without a step or a parent lifting them. Add a mattress up to 15cm deep and the sleeping surface stays at a comfortable, easy-to-reach height.
What are the overall dimensions of the bed?
Fully assembled, the Lilly bed measures 198.8cm long, 96.4cm wide and 70.9cm high, including the rails and feet. It is designed around a 90 x 190cm single mattress, so it fits the same floor space as a compact single bed. Leave a little extra room on the open side so your child can get in and out easily.
How much weight can the bed hold?
The Lilly bed has a maximum user weight of 100kg. That gives plenty of room for a growing child, and it also allows a parent to sit on the edge for a bedtime story. The bed itself weighs 29kg once assembled, so it feels solid in the room without being difficult to move when needed.
Does the bed have an opening in the rails?
Yes. The guard rails run around the frame, with an open section on one long side. This gap gives your child their own way in and out of bed, which supports the Montessori idea of independence at bedtime and in the morning. The rest of the rails help keep a restless sleeper on the mattress.
Does the bed come assembled?
No, the bed arrives flat packed and needs self assembly. It is delivered in three boxes with a combined packed weight of 32kg, the largest box measuring 209.2 x 9.2 x 22.2cm. We recommend two adults unpack and build it, and check there is clear access to the room where the bed will go.
What colours is the Lilly bed available in?
You can choose between two finishes. White has a painted finish that suits bright, modern nurseries and kids' rooms. Natural has a clear lacquered finish that shows the warm grain of the pinewood and works well with Scandi and wooden furniture. Both colours have the same size, rails, side entry and angled feet.
