Questions & Answers (8)
Answers from the Cuckooland team.
What size TV fits in the Langden TV ottoman bed?
The Langden fits TVs up to 43 inches. Your TV hides in the foot end and rises when you want to watch, then tucks away when you're done.
How much storage space does the Langden ottoman bed have?
The double offers 559 litres and the king 652 litres. Internal dimensions are H21 x L193 x W138cm (double) and H21 x L203 x W153cm (king), which is ideal for spare bedding, clothes and flat storage boxes.
Should I choose cream or brown?
It's down to your room and style. Cream feels light and airy, while brown adds warmth and cosiness.
How does the side lift storage work?
The Langden has a gas lift side opening mechanism. It raises the base from the side to reveal the storage underneath, and holds it open so you can reach everything easily. Leave clear space at the opening side.
Does the ottoman bed have a gas lift?
Our ottoman beds use gas struts (pistons) to help lift the base. If the lift sticks, place the mattress on the frame and apply gentle, steady pressure to compress the pistons, and check that the frame is properly aligned.
What size mattress do I need for this bed, and is it a standard UK size?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (e.g. Single 90 x 190 cm, Small Double 120 x 190 cm), but some take continental sizes (e.g. 90 x 200 cm), so please check before ordering. Mattresses offered in a bed's mattress dropdown are suitable for that bed.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
