Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. In-stock items ordered by 9pm for our own brands (Flair, Noomi, Maxitex, Solace+Co and Recoil), or by 3pm for other brands, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. If you order after the cut-off on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
We offer a 14-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

What size mattress do I need for this bed, and is it a standard UK size?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (e.g. Single 90 x 190 cm, Small Double 120 x 190 cm), but some take continental sizes (e.g. 90 x 200 cm), so please check before ordering. Mattresses offered in a bed's mattress dropdown are suitable for that bed.
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Does the bed come with a mattress?
Beds are sold without a mattress unless the listing says one is included. Mattresses are an optional add-on you can select on the product page.
How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?
It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.
Can I get the assembly instructions?
Assembly instructions are included in the box. If you've lost them or need a copy, contact us with the product name or order number and we can email them to you.
Can I order fabric samples or swatches?
If a sample is available, you can request it on the product page. If there's no sample option, or it won't add to the basket, the sample is currently unavailable or out of stock.
Can I get a fabric sample for a discontinued product?
No. Once an item is discontinued, we can no longer provide fabric samples for it, but we're happy to suggest a similar product that is available.
Do you take away my old furniture?
No. Removal and disposal of unwanted furniture or mattresses isn't included, so please arrange this yourself. We recommend waiting until your new order has arrived.
