Questions & Answers (8)
Answers from the Cuckooland team.
Please would you let me know if the bed is supplied with mattresses? Thank you …. Jacqui
This is for the bed frame only, mattresses would need to be purchased separately. This day bed requires 2 x standard UK single mattresses.
Does this bed take a standard mattress size on top and bottom?
This bed requires 2 x standard UK single mattresses, at a depth of no more than 15cm
WHAT DEPTH OF MATTRESS IS REQUIRED FOR THE TRUNDLE
The depth of mattress for the trundle should be no greater than 16cm. We recommend one of our Maxitex range for this. Please see the below links. https://www.Cuckooland/maxitex-magic-memory-250-mattress.html https://www.Cuckooland/maxitex-premium-pocket-sprung-mattress.html https://www.Cuckooland/maxitex-premier-sprung-mattress.html
What size mattress do I need for this bed, and is it a standard UK size?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (e.g. Single 90 x 190 cm, Small Double 120 x 190 cm), but some take continental sizes (e.g. 90 x 200 cm), so please check before ordering. Mattresses offered in a bed's mattress dropdown are suitable for that bed.
What is the weight limit of this bed?
Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.
Does the bed come with a mattress?
Beds are sold without a mattress unless the listing says one is included. Mattresses are an optional add-on you can select on the product page.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
