Description

You'll love it because...

A stunning vintage cot bed for your newborn to grow up with, the Vox Vintage Baby Cot Bed will be a great addition to the nursery. When the time comes this wonderful vintage cot can be transformed into a toddler bed by simply removing the sides, perfect for those first steps towards childhood! Manufactured from high-quality laminated board with solid oak legs, the simple design will be a great starting point to create the nursery of your dreams! The cot base can be adjusted to three different heights so adapting it as they grow will be one easy task. The top setting is ideal for when they first venture into their new bed (and helps your back from less stooping!) and then you can start to lower it for when they are beginning to pull up and become inquisitive. Team with the other Vox pieces from the Vintage range to complete the look.

Questions & Answers (8)

Answers from the Cuckooland team.

What size mattress do I need for this bed, and is it a standard UK size?

Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (e.g. Single 90 x 190 cm, Small Double 120 x 190 cm), but some take continental sizes (e.g. 90 x 200 cm), so please check before ordering. Mattresses offered in a bed's mattress dropdown are suitable for that bed.

What is the weight limit of this bed?

Each bed's weight limit is listed on the product page and includes the weight of the mattress. For bunk beds, the limit is per bunk. Please don't exceed the stated limit.

Does the bed come with a mattress?

Beds are sold without a mattress unless the listing says one is included. Mattresses are an optional add-on you can select on the product page.

How thick a mattress can I use / what mattress depth is recommended?

It depends on the bed; the recommended maximum mattress depth is given on the product page. For bunk beds, mid sleepers and high sleepers it is usually around 15-16 cm, so the safety rails stay effective.

Can I get the assembly instructions?

Assembly instructions are included in the box. If you've lost them or need a copy, contact us with the product name or order number and we can email them to you.

Can I order fabric samples or swatches?

If a sample is available, you can request it on the product page. If there's no sample option, or it won't add to the basket, the sample is currently unavailable or out of stock.

Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
