IMPORTANT INFORMATION (we know you'll be tempted to skip reading this... but it's VERY important!):
- Please be advised that you will need to prepare a base for your summer house, ensuring that your base is sound and level!
- There will be some construction required when you receive your summer house, instructions are provided to help you along the way
- Alternatively, if you'd rather not build your own garden summer house, then please select installation from the optional extras menu, a team will assemble it for you on delivery

- The installation includes the erection of the building and the felt roof - it does not include any roof shingle or treatment of the building

Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot and pre-call from the delivery crew when they are en route.
Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our Royal Mail returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.
