Good to know:

- We recommend storing cushions inside when not in use and during bad weather
- Brush the furniture down to remove debris. Use warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to wipe dirt away. After the dirt has been removed we recommended to rinse your furniture
- All of our cushions can be machine washed, we recommend that you wash your covers at a low temperature, around 30ºc. In addition we strongly recommend not dry your cushions on a radiator or tumble dryer. This will cause the cushion cases to shrink.

Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 3pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 3pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
We offer a 14-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

Can I get the assembly instructions?
Assembly instructions are included in the box. If you've lost them or need a copy, contact us with the product name or order number and we can email them to you.
What are the full dimensions of this product?
Full dimensions are on the product page, in the specifications and the dimension diagram; all measurements are approximate. If the measurement you need isn't listed, contact us and we'll check with the manufacturer.
When will an out-of-stock item be back in stock?
Out-of-stock items can often still be pre-ordered, using the estimated lead time shown on the product page. Restock dates are approximate and can change. Once stock arrives, pre-orders are dispatched straight away for delivery the next working day.
What does the colour look like in real life / is it closer to X or Y?
Colours can look slightly different in photos because of lighting and screen settings. Where available, order a free fabric sample from the product page to see the colour in person.
Is this item in stock and available for quick delivery?
The product page shows current availability: in-stock items show next working day delivery, and out-of-stock items show an estimated pre-order lead time. Our website works on a first-come, first-served basis, so stock can't be reserved until you place an order.
Do you offer an assembly service?
No, we don't offer an assembly service. Items are delivered flat-packed with assembly instructions. If you need help, you could use an independent flat-pack assembly company (we're not affiliated with any).
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
