September saw the month of Maison et Objet, showcasing the latest in interiors and design. Our Buying Team attended the show in Paris and have pulled together the emerging trends they spotted for the coming year, so that you can bring them into your home!

1. Opulence 

Bring some glamour and grandeur to your home with the lavishness of the trend opulence. From soft hues to jewel tones, velvet’s and brass, opulence will make you feel like a Lord or Lady in your own home.

2. Scandi Noir

Update your Scandi greys to a deeper, moodier hue with the trend Scandi Noir. Matte black was a strong theme at Maison with matte black adorning everything from light fittings to chairs. Add a sense of cool to a light and fresh room with matte black accessories, giving a subtle nod to this edgy trend.

3. Spiced Honey

Earlier this month Dulux announced their colour of the year, Spiced Honey. Chosen by Dulux to reflect the new positive mood of the moment and inspired by the beauty and versatility of honey itself. This rich colour can instantly warm up a room by adding a honey-toned piece of furniture to your room.
