Price match terms
We can match a price when:
- It is the identical product: same brand, model, size, colour and specification.
- It is sold by a UK retailer and is in stock to buy now.
- We compare the total delivered price: the product plus the retailer’s delivery charge.
- It is not a marketplace, auction, clearance or trade price.
- You ask before you buy: we can’t price match an order that has already been placed.
- Approved matches are sent as a single-use code for that product, valid for 7 days.
Price matching is at the discretion of Cuckooland. We may need to check the other retailer’s price before we approve a match.
