Questions & Answers (8)
Answers from the Cuckooland team.
Weight limit of desk?
The desk can safely hold up to 60kg
What size TV or monitor can fit on the desk beneath the bed?
The desk can accommodate a TV or monitor up to around 48 inches when set high, or up to around 55 inches when lowered, depending on the screen’s overall dimensions and stand size. We recommend checking the full TV measurements before ordering, as screen sizes can vary by model.
What age is the Recoil Ultimate Gaming High Sleeper suitable for?
As this is a high sleeper bed, the raised sleeping area is not suitable for children under six years old due to the risk of injury from falls. It is best suited to older children or teens who can safely climb up and down.
What is the width of the Recoil Orbit Gaming High Sleeper without the ladder?
The width without the ladder is 97cm. The full overall width is 117.1cm, so we recommend checking both measurements when planning where the bed will sit in the room.
What age is this bunk bed / high sleeper suitable for?
The top bunk of a bunk bed or high sleeper isn't suitable for children under 6 because of the risk of falls. Older children, teenagers and adults can use them as long as they are within the stated weight limit (including the mattress).
What size mattress do I need for this bed, and is it a standard UK size?
Each bed's product page states the mattress size it needs. Most of our beds take standard UK sizes (e.g. Single 90 x 190 cm, Small Double 120 x 190 cm), but some take continental sizes (e.g. 90 x 200 cm), so please check before ordering. Mattresses offered in a bed's mattress dropdown are suitable for that bed.
Can I return an item if I change my mind, and how?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned "as new": not assembled, modified or made to order. Email customerservice@cuckooland.com with your order number and photos of the item and boxes; you'll get a reply within 48 working hours. If you ask us to collect, a collection charge is deducted from the refund. Opened or used mattresses and pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Klarna, Clearpay and V12 Retail Finance are also available on eligible orders. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
