These are the official Ooni Premium Wood Pellets which come in a handy travel sized 3kg and a whopping 10kg bag ( ideal for those pizza fanatics who will be baking LOTS of pizzas!). The pellets are 100% Oak and are sourced direct from sustainable forests, ignite easily, burn efficiently and produce very little ash waste. The 3kg bag is perfect for when you're taking your Ooni on an outing, maybe down to the beach or even round a mates house; the ziplock bag with handle make it easy to carry. One bag of 3kg pellets will last a good 2-3 hours of continuous cooking. The 10kg bag is ideal to keep at home and will deliver a good 7-10 hours of continuous cooking, you can get the first pizza done with just 300g of pellets. The pellets are 'food safe' and suitable to use in Ooni ovens as well as other pellet grills and barbecues.

Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services.

Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. In 2011, Finnish born Kristian Tapaninaho was living in London with his wife Darina and his baby son, Oskari. Kristian was a keen baker (his mum used to run a bakery back in Finland). He loved making pizzas and perfecting his dough and sauce recipes. His family and friends were delighted to taste his creations and they were, well, ok but Kristian felt like they were just 'good', not great. He knew this was because of the failings of his domestic oven (isn't it always!) - it didn't get hot enough but most importantly the pizzas made in it lacked that authentic ‘wood-fired taste’. He looked into buying a wood-fired oven for his garden, but found that the ovens on the market were very expensive and extremely bulky. Kristian thought... ‘there must be a small, affordable wood-fired pizza oven out there?’… there wasn't. So he set about designing one. After almost a year of prototyping and design work, the first Ooni pizza oven was born. Uuni was launched on Kickstarter with huge success, reaching its funding goal within two weeks and finishing at more than 220% and capturing the imagination of the global pizza community. Now there is an even better model, the Uuni 3 (replacing the Uuni 2S) and we at Cuckooland are over the moon to bring the latest version of this fabulous portable pizza oven to you!
