Thanks to its dainty cottage size, it's great for gardens where space is an issue. Paint the tongue and groove pine panels any colour you wish or leave it plain with coloured accents, the choice can be as personal as you. Made in Nottinghamshire, UK, it comes with a base coat treatment applied already which you can over-paint with a suitable timber paint. The windows are glazed in styrene for added safety and give great light inside the cabin and a lovely view for which to hang curtains from! There is a tower option also available for this Playhouse, extending it off the ground and a slide can be attached too - a great way to get down from anything we think!

This Playhouse should be constructed on a suitably prepared, solid and level base such as concrete or decking. If you are standing it on grass, a portabase will be needed for stability and to prevent wood rot. Professional installation on grass cannot be provided without a portabase and will need to be purchased separately.

We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.
