You’re looking for the very best and biggest bed possible, that’s why you’re here. We know it’s a big decision - quite literally, with a super king size bed - so we’ve tried to answer some of the questions that might be on your mind in the FAQ section below.
A super king size bed frame width will differ slightly between models, but all adhere to the standard mattress size of 180cm in width and 200cm in length (This applies to both UK and European Super King Size beds). This is a 20cm increase over the king size bed mattress, which measures at 160cm in width.
In the UK, the super king size bed is the largest broadly available bed on the market. The only size larger than super king size is the emperor size bed, which is not as commonly available and has a mattress width of 215cm - it’s actually wider than it is long! For this reason, very few standard rooms (especially in the UK) can support an emperor size bed.
