• How should I store wine in my kitchen?

If you need a space to safely store your wine selection, find a spot that isn’t exposed to heat and light - a cool and dark corner will work best.

So, try to avoid direct sunlight or placing your wine collection near any appliances which give off heat. When it comes to storage, you have a couple of options:

• With our wine racks, you can store up to 42 bottles at any one time - so there’ll be no shortage of space! And since they keep your bottles on their side, you keep your wine in tip top condition.

• What’s the best way to fix my shelves to the wall?

Got your eye on a nice new set of shelves? Here’s how you can securely attach them to your wall…

• First find the perfect spot for your shelves. To make sure your shelves are nice and straight, place a spirit level on top.
• Once you’re happy with the position of your shelves, use a pencil to draw a line where the bottom will be.
• Using this line, hold the bracket up at each end and mark out the fixing holes. Check that they’re level and an equal distance apart.
• Drill into the wall, and then screw the brackets into place (with a screwdriver).
• Rest your shelf on top of the brackets, and mark the top fixing holes of the brackets.
• Secure the two together with a screwdriver and suitable screws.

• Can I attach shelves without drilling a hole in the wall?

Whether you’re renting or afraid of DIY, you don’t always need to drill any holes and leave lasting marks. Instead, you can use adhesive strips, which won’t leave a mark. But be careful - this works best for lighter shelves, like the By Boo Show Off Shelf.

Remember to check the maximum weight the strips can carry before you apply your shelves.

• How do I get more storage in my kitchen?
