Great find, will definitely use again

Absolutely fantastic. Really looking forward to better weather so we can christen our lotus grill. Bought just before Christmas and delivered within 5 days but given post at that time of year I thought it was great. Customer service was amazing thank you Cuckooland.

Nothing wrong, but unfortunately wouldn’t purchase again.

Everything with my order was fine and bed received on time. However, I wouldn’t purchase from here again as I haven’t had a good experience with the product and so don’t trust that cuckooland are good at sourcing truly child-friendly products.

Item unsuitable

We came across the company after searching “adult house bed” on Google and bought what was classed as a daybed. However only after weeks of painting it have we now realised this is unsustainable for adults (we wanted it for co-sleeping). I’d give less stars however the blame is partially on us too having not read it was only suitable up to 75kg. 25-55kg less than others we were looking at. We shouldn’t have relied on the Google search but sleep deprivation will do that! Delivery was slower than noted when ordering too.

We try to include as much information within our product descriptions so that customers can make an informed purchase decision and the weight limit of 75kg was present as you state. The trundle drawers are meant for occasional use and are a fantastic feature for these children's beds. Regarding delivery, we can confirm that the lead time was 2-3 weeks and after reviewing your order details we can see that your delivery took place exactly to this timeframe. We hope that you will be back to see us at Cuckooland again in the future, hopefully we can turn those 3 stars into 5!

BEYOND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Extremely BAD and TERRIBLE, I wish there was another adjective to describe my experience. I purchased a scooter in the 23rd of December for my Niece as her Christmas present and I am yet recieve the scooter and no word from the store. I am extremely disappointed

We are very sad to see your review. You emailed our team on Monday night after the offices had closed so we were not able to have time to reply to you before you left your review on Tuesday. You placed your order on the 23rd of December - the product lead time was shown on the site as 2 - 3 working days. The scooter was dispatched on the 29th of December and delivery was attempted on the 30th of December but no one was in. Delivery was again attempted on the 31st of December but again no one was in. We tried a third and final time on the 2nd Jan however again no one was in. The scooter is now on its way back to the warehouse. Our customer service team is in direct contact with you so that you can confirm how you would like to proceed.

Hi Natalie, I am in total shock that you said the product was dispatched on the 29th when in fact the item was still shiwing order in progress on the 29th of December at 9:54pm and on the 31st of December at 12:26pm. This item was dispatched for the first time on the 3rd of January 2024. Again I say I am highly disappointed

Brilliant servicex but the stairs to the bed are a lot more harder to use then imaged, to steep and the peice of wood at the top is dangerous!
