You can earn points by completing any of the activities on the Rewards page, including following us on Instagram and signing up to our mailing list. Please note you must click through on the links from the Rewards page for the activity to be recorded. You can only earn points for completing each activity once.

When sharing a photo of your purchase on Instagram, please direct message us afterwards with a link to the post (or a screenshot if your account is private) to claim your points.

You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend with us (the equivalent of 5% of your order value), up to a maximum of 2000 points per product. During double points events, this increases to 4000 points per product. If you use a discount code, you will earn points on the order total after this is applied.

1 point = £0.05p. Every 200 points saves you £10 on your next order – hooray!

Log in to your account and head to the Rewards page. Your points balance will appear at the top of the page. Click on 'My Rewards' to view your points history.

You must have at least 100 points to start using them. Once you have enough points for a reward, you can redeem them at checkout after logging into your account.

Your basket value must be at least double the reward amount. For example, if you want to redeem a £10 reward, you must spend at least £20.

You can redeem a maximum of 2000 points (£100) in one transaction.

You cannot redeem loyalty points in conjunction with any other discount code, bundle, cashback or finance offer.

Yes! You can use your points on anything at Cuckooland (even sale items!), providing you’ve met the minimum spend requirements.

Your points will expire after 2 years of inactivity. Don’t worry, that’s plenty of time to use them!

If you have just ordered, you’ll need to wait until your order is dispatched before your points appear in your account.

Your points may take up to 24 hours to show in your account. If you still haven’t received your points after this time, please get in touch on customerservice@cuckooland.com, and we will investigate!

If you return all or part of your order, the points you've earned for those items will be removed from your account. Points for items you keep won’t be affected.

If your birthday is within 30 days from the date you entered it, there will be a waiting period of 30 days until points are awarded (to prevent fraud). Please rest assured; your points are coming. In the meantime, happy birthday!

There are some exclusions on the 10% off code. It cannot be used on discounted items or the following brands: Astreea, Beanbag Bazaar, Circu, Cosi Fires, Flair, Forest Garden, Garden Igloo, Garden Trading, GPO, Julian Bowen, Le Feu, Maze Rattan, Mercia Garden Products, Norfolk Leisure, Ornate Garden, Quan, Rowlinson, Swyft, The Garden Village, TP Toys, VegTrug.

Your friend must make their first purchase using the link you sent them, and points will only be awarded once your friend's order has been dispatched. You cannot refer yourself under a different email address or refer others who live at the same address as you.

You can opt out of emails regarding the loyalty program anytime by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of a loyalty email. To close your account and erase your points balance, email us on customerservice@cuckooland.com.

Right now, trade customers are not eligible to use Cuckooland Rewards. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and access exclusive trade discounts instead!
