- 1) When you wash your Play & Go bag for the first time, the dye can fade. We advise you wash the Play & Go bag the first time separately. Moreover, your Play & Go bag preserves its colour if you use a detergent without bleach.
2) Adjust the temperature of the washing machine to no higher than 30 ° C.
3) Cotton fabric is susceptible to discoloration by the sun. Dry your Play & Go bag in a shady spot.
4) Do not use fabric softener.

We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot and pre-call from the delivery crew when they are en route.
Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.
