Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services.

Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

We offer a 30-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our Royal Mail returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

This is how it goes: in 1998 Stig Leander creates a new style of cradle for his sister-in-law who has twins; by 2005 Stig is exporting to 15 countries across Europe, Asia and Africa; followed by award after award in true err Stig Style! (Awards include 'Best Baby Product in Holland' ; First Prize Paris Salon Generation Bebe Exhibition' ; 'Innovation Award at the 2010 Baby Trade Fair in Switzerland' ; 'Initiative Award by Silkeborg Regional Federation'). With his Baby Furniture (Junior Beds, Cribs, Cots, Cradles, Changing Tables) now being shipped to over 40 countries including the US, Japan, China and Australia, Leander has maintained its fundamental values of building quality furniture that stimulates and keeps pace with a child's development, ensuring a natural environment in which safety, quality of craftsmanship and harmonious design are never compromised.
