Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. For two years, based in her small studio in Istanbul, Cagla Alemdar worked meticulously, experimenting with various materials and designs for her Garden Igloo. Her aim was to create a convertible, all year-round greenhouse / conservatory which looked fabulous. The geodesic design and materials she selected proved to be best for optimal temperature distribution as well as offering extraordinary resilience in all weather conditions. At the launch of her invention in Germany in 2013 the Garden Igloo proved to be an instant hit. Cagla relocated to larger premises in Istanbul and now employs over 50 people. A Garden Igloo that's also a Greenhouse, that's also a Conservatory, that's also a wind break and a shelter and a.... simply fabulous invention! We at Cuckooland rate this as one of our best finds yet! And it's the perfect Pop-up Igloo for outside social distancing in Hotels, Restaurants and Bars as we come out of COVID-19 lockdown.
