Changing or Cancelling an Order
In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If you would like to add Products to your order, you will need to place a new order for these items.

If you would like to cancel your order, and your products have not left the warehouse, we will do our utmost to help, please email us at email@example.com or contact our Customer Services Team on +44 (0) 1305 231 231 Mon-Fri 9-6pm (UK time)
In both cases please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If the Products you ordered have already been collected from our warehouse and they are on their way to you, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure for Unwanted Products. Click here to view our returns procedure.
Please note that personalised, engraved or made to order Products as well as After Dark items cannot be returned unless faulty, and we also cannot accept returns of perishable products (food, chocolates etc.).
